- To react to the customers' requiements and inquiryes within 24 working hours.
- Never disclose your name or design to another customer or company without your permission.
- Never sell your custom products to other customers before you permit.

AIST warrants that the products will be free from all defects in material and workmanship for the entire product warranty period of time. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, tampering or unreasonable use of the product.
Exceptions are: goods that have been modified by the user, subjected to extreme temperatures, used in a way not intended by the manufacturer or overpowered/wrongfully powered, or "water resistant" lights being damaged by prolonged exposure to moisture. "Water resistant" and "water proof" are two different things.
Products may be returned only with the prior permission of AIST. Returns is authorized by E-mail. Each return shall include the AT RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. The RMA Number shall be obtained by E-mail to stating the reason for the return, the original invoice number and the quantity to be returned.
Do not return any merchandise in any type of container which will not protect the products from mishandling. Always use a protective box. Credit will not be given for merchandise which arrives in damaged condition due to improper packaging.
